Depending on the type of product purchased, you may be able to request a refund if you’ve changed your mind about a PF Nexus platform subscription purchase.

In addition to the below, you may have additional rights under applicable local law, such as if your content is faulty. Nothing in the below limits or replaces any such rights under local law.

How to check the refund eligibility of your purchase

All criteria in the checklist below must be satisfied to be eligible for a refund:
(1) Purchaser must be confirmed as based in UK on their original purchase (and must have paid VAT in UK based on their selection).
(2) Purchaser must not have accessed any valuation report files (includes report PDFs)

(3) Purchaser must not have accessed any records through their subscription (includes company data records from our company database)

(4) Purchaser must not have requested introductions to any opportunities, nor received introductions for opportunities they have listed on the platform.
(5) Refund request has been made within 14 days from signing up.*
(6) Refund request is for your first payment, not a recurring fee / renewal.

*If you take advantage of a free trial of services when you sign up, your 14-day cancellation period includes any time included in your free trial. For example, if you sign up to utilize a free access version of our platform free trial which lasts 7 days and you then make the decision to go premium, you will only have a further 7 days after your payment to cancel.
